Welcome to White Rabbit (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, submitting an inquiry, entering into a contract, or engaging our services, you (“you,” “your,” or “client”) agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Services Provided

White Rabbit is a creative production studio offering services including, but not limited to, event production, spatial design, set design, creative direction, installations, and related consulting services. Services are provided pursuant to agreed-upon proposals, scopes of work, or contracts.

2. Eligibility

By engaging White Rabbit, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all information provided to White Rabbit is accurate, complete, and lawful.

3. Proposals, Bookings & Payments

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

Projects require written approval of a proposal or agreement prior to commencement.

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules will be outlined in the applicable proposal or contract.

Accepted payment methods may include electronic transfer, invoicing platforms, or other approved methods.

Deposits are typically non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Cancellations, Changes & Rescheduling

Client-requested changes to scope, timeline, or deliverables may result in additional fees.

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the terms outlined in the applicable agreement.

White Rabbit reserves the right to reschedule or modify timelines due to unforeseen circumstances, including vendor availability, venue restrictions, force majeure events, or factors beyond our reasonable control.

5. Refund Policy

Fees for completed services are non-refundable.

Deposits and retainers are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (e.g., vendors, materials, rentals) are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

Clients agree to:

Provide timely approvals, feedback, and required materials.

Ensure access to venues, locations, and necessary permissions.

Conduct themselves and their representatives professionally during all project phases.

White Rabbit reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if client conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or materially interferes with project execution.

7. Health, Safety & Risk

Clients acknowledge that certain productions may involve physical installations, equipment, or on-site activity.

Participation in on-site productions is at the client’s own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Rabbit is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring on-site, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Clients are responsible for obtaining any required insurance, permits, or approvals unless otherwise agreed.

8. Use of Media & Portfolio Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, White Rabbit retains the right to photograph, film, or document completed projects for portfolio, marketing, press, and promotional purposes.

Clients may request reasonable confidentiality exclusions in writing prior to project commencement.

9. Intellectual Property

All concepts, designs, renderings, plans, documents, and creative materials produced by White Rabbit remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of White Rabbit materials is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, White Rabbit shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Delays caused by third parties, venues, vendors, or force majeure events.

Loss, damage, or theft of client or third-party property.

Third-party services or products engaged as part of a project.

11. Changes to Terms

White Rabbit may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where White Rabbit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
